We hosted our 4 children and 7 grandchildren plus friends for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration. It was an amazing place to stay-so close to the beach, a pool to relax in and Charleston is only 40 minutes away. We will definitely be returning!!

I planned a trip hosted by Avant Stay! The customer service was top tier. Quick responses and very helpful. They even walked me through operating and charging a gold cart for the first time. I will be booking again.

Beautiful location! Best scene right in the backyard. Cabin had everything we needed and very well maintained. Not too far from activities, stores and restaurants. Some areas were pretty steep going up the mountain to the cabin but we were okay with our 4x4. We all had a great time in and out the cabin. We even saw a bear with a cub one early morning in the back! We would absolutely love to return.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Denisse! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and found the cabin clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you needed. It sounds like you made the most of your time exploring the area, and what a memorable experience spotting a bear and her cub from the backyard! We appreciate you mentioning the mountain roads, as that can be helpful for future guests. Thank you for choosing to stay with us—we'd absolutely love to welcome you back for another mountain getaway!
The company was easy to deal with for our stay at 3902 Palm Blvd on IOP. This is the 4th year we have stayed in this house—my children, grandchildren, and one or two sisters for part of the week. The house is clean and comfortable, and well located on the front beach. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the elevator makes moving in and out super easy. Lots of parking is definitely a plus. It seemed the downstairs AC couldn’t keep up at times, but that’s the only big drawback.
Thank you for your thoughtful review, Beth! We're honored that you've chosen to stay with us for the fourth year in a row. It means so much to know our home continues to be the setting for your family gatherings. We're delighted you enjoyed the beachfront location, well-equipped kitchen, elevator, and ample parking. We also appreciate you letting us know about the downstairs A/C. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll be sure to share it with our team for review. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for many more memorable beach vacations!
The home was exactly as described and perfect for two adults, two teens and a dog. Clean, comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking.

It's great to know you found the home clean and comfortable, and that the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway soon!

This is our 2nd stay at Shoreline and it was very nicely updated and the location is AMAZING. The home was well stocked with essentials and kitchen gear and it’s only about 2.0 miles to a supermarket (Ralph’s/Kroeger) so the convenience is fabulous. The only problem we encountered was the age and poor function of the washer. Would love to do it again but the pricing is prohibitively high.
Thank you so much for the kind review, Paul! We're thrilled the very nicely updated Shoreline, the amazing location, the well-stocked essentials and kitchen gear, and the fabulous 2.0-mile convenience to Ralph's/Kroger all continue to come together so well across your second stay. We truly appreciate you sharing the feedback on the washer and the pricing, as this kind of input is incredibly helpful for us to consider. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Christian! We stayed at this property from May 31 – June 5, 2026, and unfortunately our experience did not match what is portrayed on the listing. The photos appear outdated, and the home is not in the same condition, which felt misleading. Several items in the home were broken or unusable. The downstairs master shower door was missing, the microwave handle was broken, and one toilet made a loud noise and required servicing. The pool was filthy upon arrival and unusable until after two visits from pool cleaners. One of the cleaners was also rude and arrived unannounced. Additionally, the freezer smelled strongly of fish, as if it had not been properly cleaned. The internet service was disrupted multiple times and required a repair visit. When we arrived, all trash bins were overflowing, which was an unpleasant first impression. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this property at its current price.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Kelly. We're sorry the condition of the home and several maintenance items fell short of what you expected during your stay. These have been shared with the team responsible for the home so they're properly addressed, and we'll take a look at the listing details to make sure everything reflects what guests will find on arrival. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to host you under better circumstances.
