Despite the freezer not working and…

Despite the freezer not working and still not working after maintenance came to fix it, the stay was well worth it. My family really enjoyed it and there is plenty to do in the house that we didn’t need to go anywhere. Accessing the home was simple and easy. Spacious and very comfortable. Almost too big for us.

Great company to rent from

Great company to rent with, especially compared to VRBO. They were very fast at responses (before and during the stay). will be renting with them again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and…

The home was absolutely beautiful and couldn’t have been better for our large multi-generational family. The location was also perfect for all lake activities! Everything from the booking to on going communication with AvantStay representatives was superb! I would definitely use them again for my next stay in Lake Norman!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and perfect for spending time with family. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Prefect stay in Bend

The location was prefect in proximity to the friends we were visiting. The ability to come back to a fully functional residence made the trip easy on the whole family. Full Landry kitchen and a place for the kids to relax was appreciated by all. The hot tub was an added bonus.

The house was beautiful

The house was beautiful, nicely stocked, and conveniently located to the beach and Publix! The wifi connection was not good - which understand if you’re at the beach, you should disconnect but we had someone who needed to do some work and someone who needed to do some schoolwork. I would definitely rent there again!

Recently stayed at a the Bellview…

Recently stayed at a the Bellview property at Carillon Beach FL. Upon arrival we noticed bed broken in 3rd floor room to the extent of having to push bed together and carefully sleep in it, 3rd floor bathtub was not usable do it not draining dirty water backing back into the tub, out door grill was unusable, floors were not clean, door to oven had been broken and came apart while cooking with a 450°over and no hot pads. Doors handles were broken, ping-pong table was broken, pocket door did not stay shut to 1st floor bathroom. I have decided to look at other sight reviews for this property and found out that many of the things I brought to their attention had been complained about before.

Communication from AvantStay was spot on!

Communication from AvantStay was spot on. We were constantly contacted via email or text prior to arrival, during and after They even apologized during o ur stay for the leaves not getting cleaned out from the pool but had scheduled the pool man to quickly remedy after we left. It was no big deal because we just used the provided pool net cleaner to scoop it out. It was a bummer that we weren’t honored our request for leniency on heating the pool due to the unseasonably cold weather during our stay (lows in 50s with highs in low 70s). But our group still enjoyed the pool with occasional warming up in the nearby spa. I also addressed minor problems we discovered during our stay & local team offered to remedy on our last night of a 3 night stay. But we already managed around it that it was not necessary & can fix after we checked out. The grounds was super large and convenient for having the nearby casita for a family th at wanted the quiet away from the main house for their young kids to swim. The advertised lake on the property could give more loving too as it was infested with lots of algae and overgrown bushes. But we weren’t back there that much and he front of the house had better picture sceneries for family/group photos. The rooms were all spacious for what we needed for our large party. The 4 bathrooms in the main house was spot on because no one was ever needing to wait for an empty bathroom as 1 was always available. We love booking from AvantStay for the beautiful properties and service. We will surely use them for the future.

Avantstay was friendly, had great communication, and were easy to work with. They responded quickly to a problem with our AC.

Great stay

This company was a great host. The property was in a great, easily walkable area. Near many restaurants, activities, and the free gondola. The condo was clean, and many amenities were included like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, fans, noise machine, etc. My only complaint is it was crammed for 5 of us, but that isn't the fault of the host. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have more than 4 guests. Otherwise, great, clean property in a wonderful location!

5 Star stay!

Amazing property and property management! Definitely would stay here again and already recommended it! Property fully matched description; in fact it was better than we hoped for. Reached out to us ahead of time so we had all of our necessary info for checking in before we headed to the property. Checked in on us once we got settled. Having a kitchen that was actually fully stocked with enough dishes, glasses, silverware and cook ware for 12 people was a huge plus! I’m already looking into another one of their properties for our same trip next summer.

The home was beautiful, well kept, and close to all the action in town. The owners and customer support is quick to answer questions/provide information as needed! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great stay

The house was clean and pretty well maintained. I liked that the pool was serviced while we were there. There were plenty of towels. Communication was easy and appreciated working with a rental company I’ve used before.

Getaway weekend

Great location with plenty to do in Germantown and a short uber ride to Broadway. If you like to explore plenty of bars to hit on a walk to Broadway.

We rented Copperhead by AvantStay

We rented Copperhead by AvantStay, Sevierville,TN. The place is showing its age and neglect. Several important amenities were broken and we couldn’t use them. The washer broke on the first use, the hot tub had 1/2 of the jets not working, and the light over the stove was out, leaving you to cook facing a dark wall. Many pieces of furniture are now rusted, warped, well worn and having broken support pieces. Be careful where you sit. Bare legs were uncomfortable on the rusted out furniture now in the pool room. Not the ones pictured. Some of the furniture is the one in the pictures just older and neglected. We wasted hours of our family vacation with emails, texts and calls to AvantStay to get assistance. They claim the important items will be fixed next week. (After we leave!). There were safety issues a broken pool child access lock (they did fix this) and broken door frame with exposed nails and fractured wood (not fixed). We found 2 nails in the bottom of the pool. Their maintenance person left our home unlocked when they came to the home. One of the outside access codes to enter the house was very obvious and not changed between guests. We felt this was very insecure. The home holds 16 people, we had 14. It is under stocked. Only 1 bath towel per person. 2 kitchen towels. There were 11 dinner forks, 7 teaspoons, 9 dessert forks, 9 larger spoons and 16 knives. That meant we never had enough silverware to serve the family at once. We had 2 (worn out) 8 inch fry pans. Nothing larger. (They did deliver 2 nice sized fry pans, this was great). There were no hot pads and only the 2 kitchen towels so my daughter burnt a finger using the wet towel as a hot pad. 12 pool towels were supposed to be enough for the 14 of us. Maybe it would have worked if we had a functioning wash machine. We had to use the laundromat 20 minutes away. The night before we left they did deliver hot pads and some new kitchen towels but we had the broken washer and could not wash them prior to use (as stated on them to get the chemical residue off). This home has so much potential but it has not been maintained. The furniture should be replaced. The refrigerator pictured has been replaced by a smaller and cheaper one, with barely enough space. The view is great. The decks are great but in need of new furniture. The dining table on the main deck has a large rust spot on one side and slopes down in the middle. The hot tub would be great if the jets worked. The $700 to heat an indoor pool for 4 days was outrageous. The temperature wasn’t warm enough for most of the adults to enjoy it. AvantStay said it was the correct temperature. It couldn’t have been even 80 degrees. The location is great, the house itself worked perfectly for our family bedroom wise. But it isn’t an upscale rental in it’s current condition. It is not worth the $6500 we paid for the 4 day usage. (We did receive $716 back from them for lack of use of the amenities this wasn’t enough). Be careful what you get with them, this home is neglected.

Beautiful views of the ocean

Beautiful views of the ocean. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location. The elevator made it very easy to take things up and down. The apartment was great for one of the family members with a small child. Excellent communication via text while we were there, checking to make sure all was going well. We’d stay here again.
