Pretending to Be The Local Water Company
They send letters using the local water company's letterhead and colored logo along with a return envelope to make it look like it is a water bill. They are asking for a monthly or annual fee. The letter also says they are a BBB Accredited business but they can't be found on the BBB website at either the address in the letter or on the return envelope. Both a local TV station and one in Arizona had stories about this shady practice by this company.
Update: I don't know who the company is that is replying because there is no BBB Accredited company with either of the address in the fake bill.

Fast professional warranty company.Customer oriented
Came out the next day and cleared and examined the drain with a camera.Just make sure that they can access the curb trap cleanout . An overgrown trap or a bured one is the responsibility of the home owner. I located mine for them and it was smooth sailing from there. The first team they sent out were anoyed that the trapwas not accessable. It took me 15 minutes to locate it and the second team were great. No rude or nasty remarks. I 'm just chauking the first time up to the guy having a bad day. They took care of everything and apologised for any misunderstandings. All in all I'm happy with the service/ They did the job right and were very professional after the trap was located by me..

I had a problem with my plumbing in the kitchen. After the plumber visit my home I found out that I've been living in a house with asbestos. I now have to have a renovation of the two rooms that was damaged by the water.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Call in a claim 7/15/26at 12:30pm and receive a call about 1:30 with the provider’s information. Received a call 7/16/26 at 8am letting know that the provider will be out between 9:30am and 11am. Provider came out at 10:15 working getting everything straightened out and working properly by 11:30am . Cleaned up and everything nice neat before. Very please with their service

American Water Resources (AWR) was difficult to task with my requirement/problem but I believe there was a misunderstanding. I submitted a claim for a water leak and they located a repair technician that came to the house. The repair was half done before AWR conducted a review of the requirements . Then they had the audacity to say "Your repair IS NOT covered in your Home Protection plan. I think they discovered in one of my repair plans to work was "covered" because Lawson's Mechanics submitted a bill for $225 when they completed the job. And it's been paid . So I hope it was just a misunderstanding and that AWR doesn't try to bill me.
