Professional service from start to finish ..I received a phone call from company within 4 hrs after claim was made, The technician called me the day of service with his expected time of arrival. When arrived the team was very professional and answered all questions about what they were doing

Money well spent
Money well spent. American Water Resources was quick to help with our situation. Drain Bears, the plumbing company they sent to handle and assess our problem was fantastic. They were quick to act and handle the repairs. American Water also kept us apprised of what was happening and their concern was genuine.
