This was an excellent, and knowledgeable phone call, much like the one from Saturday (7/18). I was greatly heartened to hear that my wire transfer will occur this afternoon. The reason it isn't 5 star is that I don't have the Fed wire number yet to verify at my financial institution.

Customer Service was great. I made a phone call and did not have to wait long for someone to answer my call and questions. AND most importantly - I did not have to go through a BOT and hit 20 different buttons to get an answer.
