Bad packaging
Bambulab is a amazing company. But the last package I received was badly packed. The space between was not filled and so packages were shaked thru. Some packages are completely open and the spools looked out. That needs to be improved to keep the experience high.

good but i was expecting more
I like the id of plug and play 3d printer and was ready to forget the open source side for this benenefit but the unit i received was not ready to use and needed some tweek that are still not done cause i have other things to do right now so the printer is not in use right now. I was hesitating with sovol brend witch is more open source,more tweeking...if i knew maybe i had to tweek it anyway i might have choose to stay on the open source side. To be honnest i have to say that it could be an isolate case since i've been using a carbon x1 in my fablab for 2 years now without any issue but there is not way the not properly screwed screw of the heated bed could be loosen during shipping with the ams fixedon top so there is definitly a problem with quality control...still a really good printer (i guess from my expérience starting with a reprap mendelmax 13 years ago ,i havn't finish to fix the h2s) maybe my expectations were to high

Every part of my Bambu printer is replaceable easily and most of the parts cost $10 only... The peace of mind that I don't have to worry about the printer failing because of some expensive repair costs worth more than anything to me in this regard.

I am a newbie and got a Bambu Lab H2C - I'm so happy!
I am really happy with my Bambu Lab H2C! I have never 3D-printed before, so I'm a total newbie! ☺️The software and machine make it a breeze; it was so simple to get started, and I haven't had any issues or problems! It just works! I've already printed a lot, from flower pots to advanced gift boxes to a tuille envelope with lace prints, using PETG, PLA and PLA+ silk from different brands. I am very impressed and happy! The delivery service was outstanding, to my surprise. I've had lots of problems with FedEx in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised by Alex's top-notch service, communication, and delivery. 👌🥇
If Bambu Lab registered for VOEC…
If Bambu Lab registered for VOEC (Norway’s VAT on e-commerce scheme), small orders would be much smoother for Norwegian customers. Today, even cheap orders get stopped in customs, and the handling fee from the carrier can make up a large part of the total cost.
