People are also highly impressed by the outstanding print quality, the wonderful software, and the generally reliable performance of the machines over time. What people say

The Company, not the printers

Nothing against the printers themselves. The company is advertising early access to their black friday sale - which is not in fact early access. They wont even allow a preorder unless i pay full price and have it refunded in vouchers I may or may not want at a later date. I have checked and this is indeed false advertising so buyer beware. Very disappointing from a company that is doing so well that they have to treat prospective customers this way. I guess that is what happens when getting customers is like shooting fish in a barrell - all the care and consideration is just wiped out. I have had a response Regarding the "Subscribe for early access & exclusive offers" campaign on our official store, we would like to gently explain that the promotional banner and terms outline a specific validity timeframe during which the Black Friday discount codes become active. In this context, "early access" refers to subscribing to our newsletter in advance so that subscribers can secure exclusive promotional codes and be prepared ahead of the official launch. The primary intention behind offering this advance subscription is to ensure our community members receive early notice and special savings opportunities without missing out on the upcoming seasonal event. That being said, we fully appreciate that maybe created an impression. Your feedback regarding this ambiguity has been formally recorded and shared with our marketing and web design teams to optimize the UI presentation and wording for clearer communication moving forward. Nonsense! My response I do not accept that the confusion is inadvertent. The subscription offer is related to an offer that will disappear once the promotion date is reached - which is not early access. Exclusive to new subscribers temporarily certainly but early access no. Access is only early if it is in advance of other customers. You are offering no early access whatsoever and the advert is deliberately misleading. I have spent some time this morning reviewing trust pilot reviews and see that you have a significant issue with aftercare and customer support. Would you care to offer a response advising what is being done to resolve the dishonest advertising and lack of customer service. For most people the purchase of a 3d printer is a significant expense and yet Bambu Lab are not treating their customers in a way that reflects this.

Do not buy, X2D is a nightmare.

I got my brand new X2D about 4 days ago and it’s been nothing but a nightmare, ive had to take aparat the extruder 2 times, ams once and today the aux nozzle stopped working. Things keep jamming and breaking for no reason and this is all even using the Bambulabs own material and recommend print settings. My old Ender 5 was incomparably more reliable even tho it’s 8 years old.
