Delivery time at the end and ordering proces was perfect. Startup before i was able to order took too long and was first pointed to s complete unit instead of a sub component.

Their products are far from the ones advertised on youtube. The quality is not consistent, and literally most videos on social media are sponsored directly or indirectly by bambu lab either with free printers and accesorries, to direct payments. I got 4 x2d printers which came with different problems of their own. And they all sounded different and sounds with problems. Before you are trying to buy a printer from them, and try to research about them, do not to on YouTube to search there as all the videos there are biassed and sponsored. Instead try asking someone who's already running a 3d printing farm or that has a bambu lab printer at home for some while. All the videos sound the same" apple quality products" while they are nowhere near premium however they do charge premium prices for their printers. Overated and overpriced for what they sell. Only thing good about it is the customer service but that's good in the first 30 days. After you can't return the printer back if you have problems, the customer service is gone .

Had nothing but problems with my p1s. No email.no phone number and chat bot is horrible. I need to warranty my printer out since it's only a little over a month old and impossible to do. Do not buy from this horrible company

Bambu Labs..... Flashy product with no support for those who like tinkreing.
BAMBU LABS Sells a product that is supposed to be set and forget with minimal tinkering. I bought it under these points, I have since been insanely disappointed with them. If you like taking apart new machines and learning new concepts, that is fine, but I didnt want that. I wanted a machine that works and the complex issues where with the prints, not with actually making the system work. The service is no better and they dont seem to care. Bottom line, if you want to mess with printers and tinker, then go with these guys. If you want something that JUST WORKS..... Find another product.

The bambu products are brill.
The bambu products are astoundingly good, purchased an M1 and 2x1kg of filament, very pleased with the quality and price. I paid for the extra insurance with DPD - this was a waste of money and far too expensive (a bit of a rip-off). The filament was sent separately but Royal Mail, this was an absolute disaster. Royal Mail, a constant disappointment, their tracking system told me the parcel would arrive Monday, then Tuesday, and eventually turned up Wednesday. RMs system has no proper complaint system (I did email my complaint) they take 3 days to answer and just give generic replies that mean nothing. If I was the retailer I would stop using Royal Mail immediately and just use DPD or similar. The delivery system is the reason I haven't given five stars, the products are excellent and well priced.
