Mixed feelings on the experience
I received questioning emails on order progress and at some point I was afraid the company is a scam. The delivery option to a box didn't work well, the entrance to the specific place where the boxes were located was very hard to find, also limited openning hours, urged to pick up asap - overall, I didn't experience it smooth. Eventually I got the product, so all ok, thus 3 stars.

If you place your order on Friday after 12 PM or on a holiday, we will ship the order the next business day. Your order left our warehouse on 2025-07-28, after which the delivery time is 2-3 business days with Budbee Box. I can see that your order was delivered within the promised delivery time and that it arrived at the pick-up point on 2025-07-31 and was picked up the same day. Trustworthy Site
This is the second time I purchased something from this site. There was a slight delay for my first order and it took more than a week+ before it arrived. In the end it was all fine but there's definitely room for improvement for communication in the future. I was slightly skeptical after the first order, but decided it's all fine in the end and hey so long as my items arrived perfectly and within acceptable time I am ok. Customer just needs a good response sometimes. There's definitely a prompt response from the CS side so that's appreciated. Second order went through fine and fast. Would repurchase.
