Cheap product, poor automated answering system
I love that the products are cheap. The automated answering system is a pain. Trying to get to talking to a person instead of a robot takes ages and you have to be careful to hit the right button or it will hang up on you. I have to call multiple failed every time I need anything so that I can navigate the maze of the automated answering system before a get to an actual customer service agent.
