Good Company with Great Customer Service
I have had a 20-year insurance policy with a locked in price for the entirety of that time. It was good coverage for the price. It is now time to renew and they told me exactly how to go about doing that if I would like to continue, and what options there are. The customer service representative that I spoke with was lovely - friendly, patient, no pressure, and gave us good information. Banner Life Insurance Company also has an A+ (Superior) Financial Strength Rating from AM Best, AA- (Very Strong) from Standard & Poor's, and AA- (Very Strong) from Fitch Ratings, so is financially sound. I would highly recommend this company.

Every step of the way seemed like I am a valuable person seeking their help amin navigating the process of purchasing affordable life insurance to cover my family. The system was simple fast and the follow calls by all were some of the best customer service I've had in years.
No clear process for handling things
Very poor handling of customer.For simple adding of Secondary Beneficiary to account,They won't provide to do on phone /Online .I did send form couple of times by filling.They are saying Everytime New thing and asking us send again.This time they are asking by sending email.Last time they asked by sending letter to Home.I don't see any standard way/process of doing things .Very Very Bad

I gave Banner Life a 4 out of 5 for recommending it to family, friends, or colleagues. Excellent customer service is a key to any company's success, and my experience with the customer service team has been outstanding... especially thanks to Mariam. The only reason I didn't give a perfect 5 is that Banner Life does not appear to provide monthly billing statements or an online payment history for customers who pay through automatic payments. Having access to those records would make it much easier to keep track of payments and account activity. Other than that, the customer service has been top-notch. Mariam was friendly, patient, professional, and a pleasure to speak with. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service!
Would not recommend this company
Would not recommend this company. Was told one thing when I signed up concerning payment. Said if quarterly, you could use a credit card, and I made my initial payment with cc. When next premium was due, a bank draft of a checking, or savings, was the only option.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I can’t get an assignment letter for my bank!! I need it in order to close on my loan. It’s been escalated to a manager twice and promised I would receive I’m 24-48 hours but it’s been weeks.
