I needed help with my policy so I called the 800 number on the back of my statement. I was automatically directed to a live representative and waited maybe 10 seconds before Gladys took my call. She was kind, patient, and she answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with Banner!

Everyone that I had spoke to within that company was very helpful. Did the very best they could. My only concern was your automated teller. It had problems understanding what I was trying to say to get to where I needed to. I speak English very well it may have just been a misunderstanding on the machines part.
