The banner was not delivered on time
The banner was not delivered on time. We paid extra money to have the banner in time for an event, and it did not arrive. I have checked the tracking number, and now it says a new delivery date will be scheduled. There is definitely one pissed off woman screaming at me because of this!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that your banner didn't arrive in time for your event. We can only imagine how disappointing it must have been to plan ahead and not have everything you were counting on when you needed it. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We understand that once an event has passed, the items may no longer serve the purpose they were intended for, and we understand why this experience was so upsetting. We see that you reached out to our Customer Love Team, and a full refund was issued for the order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the experience you should have received.
