Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about poor product quality, noting that the cases quickly deformed, scratched easily, and failed to adequately protect devices. Many buyers also experienced significant delivery delays and found customer support extremely unhelpful when attempting to resolve ongoing issues or secure refunds. Some reviewers were happy with the initial sleek design and thin feel of the phone cases. People also mentioned that the covers felt lightweight and comfortable in the hand when first unpacked. However, these initial positive impressions quickly faded as severe durability and quality issues emerged over time.

Not only the best iPhone case, but great service too. The case speaks for itself, you won’t find a better option out there and I have tried many before becoming a repeat BARE customer. When one of my cases broke, their customer service made it easy for me to get a free replacement! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Hassle-free replacement done when defects detected on the Bare Naked case. Just snap a photo of the defect and email over, as simple as that. No fuss, nothing. The case is as good as it says, feels like using the phone without a case, however, don't expect protection from drops as Bare Naked is not meant to protect your phone from drops.

Unfortunately my first case was defective but literally within hours a replacement had been dispatched with no quibbles or problems. Fantastic customer service The original one was faulty but it was minor. The replacement is immaculate and these are brilliant cases. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Very happy with my experience! I received a Bare Case for Christmas and upon taking it off my phone it developed a small crack in it. I spoke to Jesse and he kindly offered to replace my case free of charge! The replacement case has no cracks. Very happy :)

Firstly, would praise their customer service and response. Fast and friendly. Same goes for their quality of the case they presented. One of the best slim thin case I've ever use and worth the price. Couldn't go wrong with bare naked :). Thanks for it. Cheers :)

Of all the 'customer service' related issues I've experienced in my life, I can't think of one that was more favorable than the one I had with 'Don' at Bare Cases. Based on this one, seemingly simple experience, I will be a customer for life.

Didn’t even ship the item since purchase made a month ago. Received the items after many hassle. Quality is good and thin just as advertised. Would have been better if they can ship the item right.
I did not have beg for it. They understand the mistake I made and they were able to fix the issue without going back and forth.

Simple, minimal, and sleek aesthetics. The case at first appears a little translucent, but don't let that put you off. It fits perfectly and is easily the least bulky case ever built. In a world where phones, cars, waistlines etc keep growing in size, the good folks at Bare have gone totally contra and created something so well fitting that you literally won't know it's even there at all. If you're the kinda person who is a little heavy handed with their phone, this might not be for you. But if you want protection and styling that's right on point, then look no further! Shipping is fast, product is great and service is spot on! Don't settle for cheap imitations, Bare is where it's at.
