Refund paid by cartpanda
I had bought some supplements which I found out later that I am not allowed to use them for a while, so I wanted to return them.
I got a rather lovely answer from a nice lady called Marina from cartpanda informing me that by returning the items within 60 days I will get a total refund. Within a day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been paid out into my account and I am really grateful for that. With other companies I unfortunately had quite often bad experiences concerning refunds.

Shortly after I ordered a product, I realized it was a mistake. when I first tried to cancel the order, I got nowhere and was afraid that I might have been scammed. When I contacted Cartpanda, an individual named Bofi walked me through the process, explaining what steps I had to take. It did take several emails but Bofi kept walking me through. Return and refund run around. In January 2026 I ordered product from a Cartpanda.com merchant. I was given the information to return the product for a refund. The return was completed Feb. 2, 2026. Over the past six months phone calls were hung up on and emails unanswered by cartpanda customer service. After I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Cartpanda contacted me. In about five days I had my full refund.

Emailed cartpanda & explained my issue.
They told me no problems. When i was to receive, just refuse shipment. VEHO, the shipping company they use? Wouldn't accept refusal!
So I had to pay for shipping back.
Was not happy & made a complaint to VEHO,& they wouldn't comply.
With payment for return.

Overcharged twice!!!
I ordered a product and paid the required $29.00 (converted into €25.67.
However, I was charged twice over with different charges, one for €39.43 and another for €34.41 - a total of €73.84!
I was already hacked by this company before - in paying for the product but never receiving it. This time, however, I didn't know that it would be Cartpanda again.
I would suggest to anyone using online purchases to check if it is Cartpanda who deal with the transaction, because they cheat.
The problem is, you can't tell before you press the 'purchase' button.
How can one discover this, before it is too late? Isn't there a mechanism to make the buyer aware?
I contacted my Bank and sent an email immediately to Cartpanda and am waiting for their reply - should it ever arrive.
Thank you for your space to express my dilemma.

Bofi, with Cartpanda support, was quick to respond to my request for help getting my refund from the seller, 4UNature, for returned product of MemoBlast. I dealt with 4UNature for 182 days without results and asked Cartpanda for help. I had lost hope of ever seeing my money, but Bofi had it handled in a couple of days. I won’t ever buy anything from 4UNature again, and I commend Cartpanda’s customer support.

I was having a problem with a company refunding returned product.
I was having a problem with the company that sent me the product. The product was returned and had months of correspondence back and forth with no refund. I reached out to my credit card company which gave me a temporary credit but was denied later because of a time limit. So I reached out to Cartpanda hoping for some help. Luiz at Cartpanda returned my email request for the refund, was very professional, polite, and seemed to be genuinely concerned and sorry for the delay. We confirmed some tracking numbers and within 2 days, my account was credited the full amount. This definitely renewed my faith in a companies moto to be there for the customer.

Bofi is not a respectable representative of your company. She is actually a disgrace to your customer service. After I explained the issue with my order, she said I would receive an email to correct my order. This did NOT happen. Instead of upgrading my item, they ADDED it to my order! I listened to the entire presentation and was given a final offer of $174 for 6 bottles of Sodatide. When I asked to have the order changed, they said that could not be done. They offered a 50% discount to keep everything which is ridiculous - I don't need 15 bottles! She said I had to order 6 more to get the $174/for 6 price. I do not appreciate the lies and deception in your ordering practices. I requested a full 100% refund and would never order again.
I appreciate Marina Machado for her honest and caring approach to helping procure my refund for a nuclear powder product. It had been "pending" since March 4th 2026. After reaching out many times, Marina, contacted me to let me know she would be taking over my case. Her instructions were clear, professional and definitely had a tone of caring about my situation.
