I ordered the pills in January and cancelled the same day. I returned the product and after about 100 emails and multiple excuses , the total runaround, I finally got my refund yesterday July 17. Do not do business with them. I reported them to the FTC and the BBB.

Trouble getting a refund till Pedro took over. Great job Pedro!
I am giving my response a 3 because I had so much trouble at first trying to get a refund but Pedro raised this review from a 1 to a 3. When I purchased the product, it said if I purchased the full year, the product had a lifetime guarantee. I took a picture of the original offer. When I tried to return the item 6 months later (I had severe medical responses to the product), I was told it could only be returned in 60 days even though the original offer said it would be life-time.
I sent a summary of my problems with the product, my doctor's statement to stop the medication, my medical tests, the picture of the original offer, and I was told, "I'm sorry but it is only 60 days for a refund." I spent almost a month and 22 emails before anyone took me seriously.
After I stated I would need to take the integrity of the refund further, I received an email from a wonderful person, Pedro. He gave me directions on how to return the product for the full refund and how to get my money. I actually received the full refund only days after Pedro took over the account and the day after I mailed in the product and provided the documentation that I had mailed the product.
Pedro needs to be given accommodations for his service. This review would have been much worse if it had not been for him. He was courteous, listened to me, and quickly gave me the refund. This company needs to have a staff of Pedros!! Please treat all of us like Pedro and not like the people that treated me poorly.

Disappointing
I saw this add on facebook re a product for memory loss and they were using the name of Bill Gates to sell this product, said I needed three bottles , then it doubled to six so i placed my order, then it doubled again to twelve, why, may not be able to get product so i immediately cancelled my order, like most of these adds there is always a reason to need to purchase lots of product, no response, about four days later they said it had been despatched.
I had ordered the product from Cognivex, in my furious attempt to do something i finished up with Cartpanda and Bofi, if not for her i think was in trouble, she eventually got my refund.
It is so wrong how these people go after people who are really struggling or a member of their family is , use a name of someone people trust then go on over and over .
Facebook should be held responsible for these adds, as soon as i placed my order i realised that the person who they were quoting all the time would not conduct a business like this to people in this state, giving them false hope.
Most of these adds are so similar with a different product
