Bofi with CartPanda sent me an email with very clear instructions on how to return the Neurodyne products. I sent him the requested information I received from the post office when I shipped the products back.
The next day I received an email with the status of my refund. It stated that my refund was processed and the money was sent to my bank. Receipts were included.
The customer service I received from Bofi was excellent and I couldn’t ask for more. Once CartPanda was involved my problems went away.
I recommend using CartPanda to get the job done.

I had an issue with my refund after returning the product I purchased. I called customer service and had a HORRIBLE experience with a representative. He was rude, refused to address the issue, and chose to end the call without helping me. I called back, however, and spoke with another representative named Mary who was absolutely wonderful. She directed me to customer support and I worked with a representative named Madela who went above and beyond to address to my issue. She was professional, personable, and clearly invested in resolving the situation for me. I ordered Memo Genesis, and 14 days after receiving the product, I contacted Cart Panda asking for instruction on how and where to return the product. I was given the address, and I returned the product. I did as I was instructed; I waited 60 days as I was told before inquiring about my refund. They acknowledged receiving the product, but because I did not call them with a tracking number once the product was mailed, they would NOT issue me a refund. Not once was I told anything about I needed to give them a tracking number once the product was sent. So now I am having to take legal action to receive my refund. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and I am in the process of reporting them to other Consumer Protection Agencies as well. And another thing, they tell you money back guarantee no questions ask. Well, that is a lie, I had to fill out an eight-, or ten-page form requesting my refund, and still, they refuse to comply. These people are crooks. Stay away from Memo Genesis website. I will NEVER order anything else that involves Cart Panda.

I originally purchased a product through a third party, but the billing came through CartPanda. I returned the product and had been trying to get a refund through the company that supplied the product. I sent multiple emails over a period of six months with no resolution. I happen to remember the transaction was actually processed through CartPanda. I called the toll free number and the person I spoke to was able to acknowledge my original purchase and just needed proof of the return being delivered. Fortunately I had the original tracking number and obtained the proof of delivery with UPS. I emailed that information to the support team and got a acknowledgement they received the required documentation. The refund was processed within 48 hrs! I couldn’t believe it after so many months of frustration with the original supplier. Wish I would have reached out directly to CartPanda earlier. Thank you for your quick responses, professionalism, and follow through. You are the best!
