GRIEVED in the beach
My grief is more with the seller BioSlim which advertised their product with a 60-day full refund with no questions asked. I started my complaint on December 5, 2025 and it was not resolved until June 8, 2026. My experience is too long to tell so in brevity, beware of any advertisement that does not give you an address or contact number UPFRONT on the ad. All I had was an email address which mainly ignored my requests. When they did respond I had to complete an 85-page assessment as to what I did to cause the product not to work. They still refused to give me a refund because by then the 60 days had passed. I hounded them with emails and prayers so much they offered a 50% refund which I refused. Then they offered me a 75% refund and went dark. Somewhere along the line in May 2026, I saw Cartpanda in small print, and, on a chance contacted them. I still had to go through hoops and ladders, but eventually Marina Machado worked with me to get a full refund when I returned the product at my own expense. Oddly, BioSlim had the nerve to send me an email to take credit for the refund! Ending this with ... Through prayer and perseverance, I prevailed!!!! To God be all the glory!
