I had attempted, multiple times, to get a refund by contacting "Rejuvenessence" without any real response. When I wrote them last week, threatening reporting to the Attorney General of TN & FL. They sent this to Cartpanda & Vitor resolved this within 2 days! I did get a full refund of the 6 bottles purchased- as stated in the guarantee. I did pay the postage, less than $12. Bought 3 bottles of Gelatide and used 2 1/2 bottles with no results as claimed by the company. The Gelatide company did not even respond to my email complaint just told me to contact cartpanda their financial partner. I had missed the 60 day guarantee because I hoped it would work. And even though I missed the guarantee they gave me a 50% refund. The process was completed in a few days and was surprised on how quickly I received my credit. Gelatide gets zero stars but I give cartpanda 4 Stars and only because I did not get a full refund.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I purchased a product through them and then after I bought the 1st bottle I received an email that had a video in it (which I recorded) that I could return the product at any time if I ordered another batch.
