Hey Todd, thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we’re sorry to hear what you’ve experienced with your Bare order. We have previously liaised with you via email, and our product team has also taken a look at your product pictures. As we’ve mentioned to you previously, your Pane was cracked while removing the backing from bottom to top. In your picture, the backing of the Pane had already been removed from the screen protector itself, and there were horizontal impact lines on the glass screen protector. These impact lines are familiar to us as other customers have made similar mistakes before. The horizontal impact lines cannot happen during shipping, and is a result of the Pane being bent upwards. We’d like to clarify that we did not call you a liar. I understand that you've also purchased a Bare Naked case, and would like to kindly advise that the Naked case is not a case advertised to withstand drops. As its name suggests, it is designed to let you feel & appreciate your device's design just as well as a completely naked device would, while keeping it safe from scratches, scuffs, and bumps. We did offer you a product warranty claim despite, and have not heard anything from you since 15 July. That being said, we’re still happy to help you with this and will be waiting for your email reply.

We understand that as fellow case haters, these scratches that you saw on the case out of the box would have massively disappointed you. We have not heard of a similar case, and would definitely pass this on to our team to inspect further on potential packaging flaws. And as for the sides turning yellow, the shock-resistant surround is made of a proprietary polymer containing TPU, continuous exposure to UV rays from the sun causes it to turn yellow. May I please ask if you’re using the original Google charger that comes with your device, or a third party charger? Our Pixel 4XL cases have been instore for awhile now and we’ve had no similar complaints regarding the charging port.
