Good customer service. Instructions for assembly need improvement. I had to go back and forth between the small book which listed all the parts and had pictures and the larger manual. Used the grill nearly every night since receiving and assembling. Great grill. Thanks.

I received my Presitge 500 Connected…
I received my Presitge 500 Connected grill delivered by FedEx freight. The only problem i had was that FedEx freight was never notified that this is a residential delivery. The driver had no way to get the BBQ to my garage. All he had on his truck was a pallet jack. My driveway is 485 feet all concrete and goes up and down based on the contour of the land. If it weren't for my neighbor and my side by side and trailer we may never have gotten the BBQ to our home. Bad delivery in my opinion. As for the BBQ, it was fairly easy to put together. The manual is all in pictures. Wish it some words describing some of tge items. It would have made the assembly a bit easier. I used YouTube fir some information and it helped. Unfortunately, there is no new YouTube on the assembly of tge Prestige 500 connected. All finally went together very well and I am super pleased with the grill. Tested the burners and all went well. I do wish tge was a tank cover for the round whole in the grill cart. I have a direct connection to my home fir the propane and want to cover the whole to allow for more space in the cabinet. Grill is well made, strong, great whelks, and the grates are nice and heavy. Love the product.
