Great business to buy a Napoleon grill. Easy to place the order and excellent communications throughout the transaction. Competitive price with a free shipping and grill cover and veteran owned, sealed the deal. Received the grill about two weeks after placing the order. Extremely well packaged and after assembling it looks great on the deck.
Had a couple questions on my order and they were answered quickly and professionally. Just took delivery of my new grill and you can tell there was pride in how it was placed and held on the skid. It may not sound like a big deal, but having received numerous large orders that are just thrown together, this was a nice surprise.
Great customer service , polite person that took my order. (Marylyn), who. Sent me a thank card. Product came well protected to prevent damage. Veteran owned company. I highly recommend them for all your BBQ needs.
