Great service overall

Competitive pricing, good selection of products and fast delivery. Order arrived also well packaged. As an improvement, I would suggest you send an email with the tracking info or add it to the 'Orders' section of the account. However, shipping was so fast that I don't think tracking info would have made a difference :-)

Amazing

Amazing. I always forget to log into my account before ordering, so I cant get my tracking info. Their customer service is spot on. Fully recommend buying from here. If you buy semi's, then these have good prices.

I didn't receive what I ordered

I didn't receive what I ordered. As far as I am aware I ordered Lisap Ultimate Straightening Fluid and received Lisap Ultimate K heat protection fluid. Not sure if they are the same but different packaging. I will use it but it doesn't seem to be the same thing. It was a speedy delivery however. I have since been contacted by the sellers Customer Care Team and the matter has been promptly resolved. Therefore I will happily make future purchases.
