I've been using BF for years and I like it
I've been using BF for years and I like them. The cashback offers are solid but you need to monitor for the best offer periods. Customer support is great and easy to work with. I'm serious. Cashback sites can be a pain in the button when support doesn't exist. There are a bunch of cashback sites who do not standby their offers and will ignore tickets that you submit. Why is this an issue? Well, a cashback offer is only good when the verification process isn't a mess and you have the fallback of customer support to look into shopping trips that may get denied for bad reasons. BF is reliable and I go back to it often.
Cash is better
Sometimes the cashback is not activated and I lose out on getting it. Also, I don't mind getting an Amazon gift card but getting the cash is my account was better.

Scam app! I collected points and when I tried to withdraw it, they blocked my account and I am getting no reply about why they did that.

BeFrugal is awesome! You're already shopping online why not get cash back and coupons that save you money. It's a no brainer and a great way to save money and earn money. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use them. I've been paid out with no issues and love using them:) It's simple, free and earns you money, gotta love that! Thanks BeFrugal!!
I don't like this app at all
I don't like this app at all, perhaps because I don't understand how it works. You have a certain amount in your account but yet you can only withdraw about half and then something about part of it being available in September when it is June 7 now. I'm not going to say anymore because I'm really not qualified but I'll put my time and effort back to a couple of other apps I've used for years.
