I’ve been using be frugal for a year…
I’ve been using be frugal for a year and half. Yes, you have to wait a little while to cash out but….if you didn’t use the site you wouldn’t get anything back at all. The only problem I have is remembering to go Be Frugal before shopping.

BeFrugal is very easy to use. It gives more cash back percentages than other programs. Also, when you order for cash back payout, it is very fast. I strongly recommend this service. Dependable, easy to use, fast payout time!

I totally forgot that I had this app and when I was browsing on my Chromebook I saw that I had a payout balance from 2024. What a NICE surprise! Thank you very much.
BeFrugal Glitch and Ghosted Support
BeFrugal has a new point system. Last week I earned 51,230 points. I chose "log in with Google" as my log in option. I went to cash out and it says log in with google is not aloud and I must create a password. When I create the password it removed all the points from my account. worth $60+. Their support is unresponsive and chat agent say submit a ticket. Problem is they dont respond to tickets. The kicker is I suspected it might happen and have photos of my account showing proof the points in there! I offered to show them proof and they refused to look at it. I'm posting it here as a warning this is a new feature of theirs but its broken.

I've been using BeFrugal for 8 years. I have no complains. Got two payouts so far (haha, they compete with other similar apps) totaling ~$50 - no hiccups.

I love using BeFrugal most of the time
I love using BeFrugal most of the time, but here have been times when I know for a fact the shopping trip was activated and I made purchases and never got cash back. I would like an explanation as to why it gets denied, not just retailer did not pay. For the first time in a few year, I requested a pay out. I did not want the entire balance but I could not find a way to request a specified amount, so I guess I'll just deal with it.
