False bonus offer
At the beginning, I thought the denied cash back issues were because of the retailers. However, my last purchase through Be Frugal made me realize that the denied cash back is not from the retailer that I was shopping from. The real issue is Be Frugal who is using false advertisements to attract more shoppers without honoring the cash back and bonus offers and denying these claims with irrational excuses. When I was requesting the bonus offer from my purchase, TODD said that I did not active the bonus offer. I responded to him that I used and activated the bonus offer link and followed all the steps until I completed my purchase. At the end, he removed my purchase cash back arbitrarily from my account which was added to it a week ago. I wonder how the purchase was recorded by Be Frugal, and the cash back was added to my account without activating the link as TODD said.

However, the separate bonus offer requires that the bonus be activated before shopping in order for the additional reward to apply automatically. I have ordered off BeFrugal many times. I have been pleased with everthing I have purchased. Love the companies they represent. It's always nice to received a discounted purchase and then get cash as an added bonus. Thank you.
This is the best tracker I have tried!
I have tried several shopping tracker sites and BeFrugal is the best. Others make it extremely difficult actually to receive the payout you earned. BeFrugal's payout system is seamless. They also have great deals. I am a Wall Street attorney and know that my shopping habits are being tracked not matter what, so every consumer should be earning money back for allowing our habits to be tracked.
Easy to use and easy to qualify cash back website
It didn't take long to get to an amount that qualified for a payout, which was great. And I appreciate that there are different payout options available. In fact, by requesting the payout as a virtual Visa versus cash, I received an extra fiver percent bonus. A Visa spends like cash, so its all the same to me. I would for sure use this cash back program again!

I have great luck with this site..... it has cash back on many of the stores that I shop, and the money seems to add up quickly. Payout is easy. And they run bonus deals that I take advantage of..... I really like BeFrugal!

Not reputable. Don't recommend. Sometimes the software fails and you've property click though shopping sites. The $5 teaser popups are a real scam and they don't work. When you log a ticket Todd blames you, not his software. Closed my account.

This is an HONEST & ORGANIZED Company! They keep close track of what Percentage Offers we've earned with various Stores/Businesses; then, once our purchases are verified for Payout, we can EASILY & QUICKLY claim our reward--either as Cash or choosing from their selection of Gift Cards. It's a Great way to earn something extra from purchases U were already going to make! I just wish the percentage offers were higher than they've been over the past couple years or so!

Befrugal denied me cashback but surveys on Befrugal Reward has made me money!
I opened an account with BeFrugal on 1/27 and made a purchase at QVC but only the shopping trip tracked. After a week I put in a support ticket. Two weeks after that I hadn't received an update so asked for one and two minutes later I received a canned response telling me that it was denied. Very odd! I asked why and four minutes later they claimed I went through another marketing channel. It seems like canned responses and not an actual person responding to me. When I pushed for more info they just said "this was all the information provided". It doesn't add up as I cleared my cookies and had their Befrugal extension installed. I also took screenshots showing them my history from logging into Befrugal, clicking on QVC, and ordering the product. There was no other open website used so I wouldn't trust BeFrugal for cashback reasons. I've had no issue at all with other sites (Rakuten, TopCashBack, Swagbucks, CapitalOne offers, etc.) I received Cashback on. This is the first time I've ever ran into an issue! Befrugal Rewards Surveys on the other hand are great. I made $16 doing various surveys that were relatively easy to do and they paid out quickly. So I'm caught in a dilemma on if I want to continue with Befrugal or not. I'll probably just log in to do surveys every now and again and use a more reputable site for Cashback.

BeFrugal is the best! So easy to use! I never remember to shop through their portal, but that doesn't matter. The app is there in my browser and reminds me when I am shopping at an eligible store. Getting cash back is simple and fast! they don't make it hard to navigate to the payout page. I have never had a problem - only great experiences!
