I was nervous when first interviewing…
I was nervous when first interviewing companies for a new billing service for my private practice. However, when my current billing service (retiring/closing practice) recommended BellMedEx I decided that this must be a good company if my current biller recommended them. Upon learning more about the company I decided to give them my business. Everyone I work with (Finn/Lucas) are wonderful! They are highly professional, have excellent follow-through, outstanding efficiency, rare attentiveness to detail and always provide prompt communication. I found a good company to partner with for many years to come. I am very grateful for the extreme generosity of their patience (with me) as the transition occurred from my old billing service to BellMedEx. BMX bent over backwards to accommodate 'my private practice's way of doing things'. I have not been disappointed with BMX at all. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great partnership.
