I meet with the Bell Medex team weekly and they report in detail the areas they have been successful in and the areas they need input from our office. This close working relationship provides our company with an extension to our team rather than an outsourced group.

The title of this review is most appropriate! BellMedEx is simply AWESOME! Mark and his team are always meeting and exceeding my ever changing billing needs which can be quite demanding. I also receive an acknowledgement to my emails and a quick response. The relationship that we have created will last a lifetime and I have nothing to praise and respect for what Mark and his entire team do for the agency. Keep up the good work!!!!
They are trying to collect your outstanding balance I would recommend hiring them early should your biller fall behind, because the insurances will not budge to pay for your work even though its done and well documented for late claims or unjustly denied claims if not appealed on time This is how they save money on their end, overwhelming small practice staff with demands for documentation, denials, and then final denial for missed deadline. Its a billion dollar industry. So to all my physician colleges, get help sooner than later and I highly recommend BellMedex Unfortunately for me its too late
Bellmedex immediately followed up and resolved the issue with chart requests that the insurance companies have, and will be able to handle these on their own. This way I will be able to fully enjoy retirement. Thanks Steve and your team it's a pleasure working with you
This billing company has been great for us. They’re on top of everything, communicate quickly, and make the whole billing process run a lot smoother. Any time we’ve had a question or needed something done, they’ve handled it fast and the right way. You can tell they actually care about the work they do, and it shows in how organized and consistent they are. It’s taken a lot of stress off our plate, and it’s been a huge help for our clinic. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a billing team they can trust.

The people at BellMedEx have been amazing on so many levels. Claims processing and payments have been accurate and timely. And when we have any issues with errors on our side or on theirs (sometimes, things happen) BellMedEx gets on it right away and quickly solves those issues. Communication with BellMedEx has been excellent from the start. And we appreciate the monthly "check-in" call from BellMedEx to make sure everything is going smoothly.
