Great company
Bench has been a great resource for our business. They are very detailed in their work and when you have questions or did them to fix an error they happily fix it. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is that there has been a lot of turn over within their company. I know another company bought them recently but with the last two years I’ve had a least 4 different people responsible for our book keeping. And sometimes there is no communication that my books were being transferred to someone else. I literally had to ask why someone else was messaging me about transactions. Overall our current team member has been very prompt and has done very well in wrapping up our books for 2026.
