Website is difficult to navigate when…

Website is difficult to navigate when requesting a quote. the 'Recaptcha' element kept resetting me to start over again with my info. I had to call on the phone and speak with an agent that was not familiar with the product. I made the order anyway and hope this will be a sustainable relationship.

Suggest Caps for the Bottle being purchased.

Had to return to order the caps for the bottles I purchased. Would be nice if on the site it referenced the caps that go with a particular bottle. What I mean is when your looking at a particular bottle, it specified showed that caps. Like customers who purchased this bottle also bought this specific cap. Lastly the cost for shipping was a bit high for such a small order.

Disappointed

There was a new 16oz amber glass Boston round bottle on their website listed as a new item for $10.56 per case vs the same bottles I have been purchasing for $14.73 per case. Of course I wanted to save money so I chose the new bottle. But they didn’t have the matching caps to fit that bottle. The difference was a 28-350 cap vs a 28-400 cap. I called customer service to find out where the 28-350 cap was so I could complete my purchase and spent 15 minutes on the phone with the lady who was too preoccupied with the background noise at her home where she was working from to pay attention to what I was trying to relay to her. Bottom line is this, I am a repeat customer and have been for years. At the very least they should have price matched the bottle I had to get to the price of the one I wanted to get because they couldn’t provide me with the matching caps. Don’t put an item on your website if you don’t have the matching accessory to that item. That new item bottle would have saved me $138 off my entire purchase, which was a quite substantial purchase. The customer service needs to improve. I hope it was being recorded so they can listen to what I was trying repeatedly to explain to that lady. I have been in customer service my entire life and the policy of the company I worked for was to make sure the customer was satisfied and if there was an issue you provided the assistance to that customer to assure their satisfaction. There should have been a price match between the two since it was their error in listing an item that they had no cap for. I asked for that price match and the customer service representative told me I would have to buy a truckload of the product in question for them to price match? Absolutely absurd. I had no choice but to purchase the higher priced item. That $138 difference could have went towards other items I need to run my business.

Berlin Packaging Online will sometimes have discontinued or surplus items sold at a discount that may not have matching accessories. These particular items are priced with that in mind and will not be restocked in our warehouse again.
