Ordering (and paying) online was smooth and payment was accepted immediately Delivery was another issue … XPO, the delivery company, apparently transferred my order to a “sub contractor” (A tech) who called to confirm a delivery day/time and never showed. I called XPO who then referred me to A tech who said they didn’t have my order or any record of it. Called XPO back and they said (“after researching “) that the delivery was attempted but unable to be made. Untrue b/c I waited all day for it. They said the delivery would be re-attempted the following week which was understandable given July 4 weekend. Tuesday of next week and nothing. I called XPO back and they said they will research. Ridiculous

The bottles I ordered arrived safely and nicely packed, which is important for glass bottles. The representative that took my order over the phone was very helpful and informed. The only glitch was that the bottles were out-of-stock and I had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for my order.
