The number of labels to be included for the purchase was misleading. I am still waiting for a response from accounts receivable related to being billed for payment after a credit card charge had already been made at the time of purchase resulting in a duplicate payment. Customer service has been of no assistance and the contact that I had with an accounts receivable representative has been insufficient.

I had been a customer for over 15 years until yesterday, when I requested that an order be canceled. I placed the order around midnight and then realized I already had more inventory at home than I needed. About two hours later, I immediately sent an email requesting cancellation. After receiving no confirmation, I called customer service at 11:00 a.m. to ensure the order had been canceled. The representative informed me that the order had already been processed and could no longer be canceled. It appears the company has designed its system so that once an order is placed, it is automatically routed for shipping, making cancellations virtually impossible. Even when a customer contacts them promptly to request a cancellation, there seems to be no way to stop the order from being processed. No customer care value here.
