I had a very positive experience with BetterLoveDoll, especially with David, who provided excellent customer service throughout the cancellation and refund process.
Although I ultimately had to cancel my order due to a change in my personal circumstances, David was patient, understanding, and professional. He took the time to communicate with the manufacturer and work with me to find a solution.
I truly appreciate his efforts, honesty, and willingness to help resolve my situation. My refund of $2,986.60 was successfully processed, and I am very grateful for his assistance.
Even though I could not complete my purchase this time, David’s excellent service has left me with a positive impression of BetterLoveDoll. I would be happy to consider purchasing from them again in the future and would gladly recommend David and BetterLoveDoll to my friends.
Thank you, David, for your outstanding customer service!
I have used this vendor before and they are amazing with customer service. Normally they would get a four or five star however this time the product I received did not have one of the very important options on it that I wanted that I specified in the order summary and was produced by the manufacturer incorrectly.
Once I found the doll i wanted, i began shopping by customizing her at several top rated sites. At the time, BLD had the lowest price. My rep was David Y. He was very fast with responding and very helpful. Shipping was faster than I expected. Everything I expect from a great company, BLD provided.
The doll skin texture is excellent on the body. The head has more sheen and needs powder during photography. There was minor damage in shipment. The nail color isn't what I expected. Overall I am very satisfied with the doll. much better than working with a mannequin for photography.
The website was easy to navigate and ive already used the toy cleaner and the dryer is great. I use drying sticks with the dryer and the washer keeps everything contained. I have my toy in the bathtub and a bucket for water. Much better than my old method.
WMDoll & Betterlovedoll.com– I genuinely like them a lot!
I chose a second time a WMDoll in STPE and I really do like her. She doesn’t feel like a distant “product” — she’s warm, soft, and close. I have currently 2 Dolls at home!
The STPE is pleasantly soft, smooth, and high-quality. The workmanship is convincing, the proportions are right, and overall she is exactly what I was looking for: realistic, carefully made, and with a presence you want to stay with.
Care and handling are part of it — but for me that isn’t a chore, it’s part of looking after her properly. If you put that in, you get a lot back.
I can only recommend WMDoll & Betterlovedoll.com extremely strongly if this is what you’re looking for. For me it was the right decision!
The customer service was great. The doll was even better than expected. I kept thinking this entire time that I was going to get scammed somehow but nope, everything has been awesome.
Extremely trustworthy, company actually cares about there customers, items always receive as described, support - & aftersale support excellent, delivery quality & cost excellent - esp for shipping 1000s of mails away!.
They only sell Authentic items, & once item/s arrive you get a certificate of authenticity - & get a code - to validate authenticity online. Cannot think, or find any faults with this company, A++++.
She looks just like in the photographs. I thought, sinically, they might be artificially enhanced but no! she is just as beautiful. The only drawback is I was hoping for red finger nails, this is probably my fault for not filling in the customisations corectly, at least she has red tonails. Her Nipples are great just the colour I chose and her vulva also. Hence I have no complaints. Delivery time about a week less than I expected, service was good and communication exellent. Thank you verry much, Graham
Selection and service were great, shipping and communication was top notch. and the dolls I bought were exactly as pictured and listed. l am Very pleased with Better Love Doll!
Good seller and good experience
I ordered a doll with custom options for a good price compared to other sellers. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was resolved in the end.
I was a little worried at first about whether the seller was trustworthy, but they definitely are. I also asked for a customization that wasn't listed in the options, and the seller was able to do it without any issues.
Would highly recommend this seller!
The dual function version of this Doll Stand is good but I think most people buying this should change the factory supplied screw that attaches the pole to the base. with a stronger stainless steel one. The factory supplied screw is too weak in the way it is machined.(See photo) The head of the screw can tear away very easy. Go purchase a stainless steel M8 x 1.25 x 25mm screw and it will hold up better to the forces the doll's full weight from the pole imposes on the base.
The website had all the information and pictures that I needed to decide on my new doll, purchasing was easy, and follow up communication from BLD and the Shop app made it easy to track. The doll was exactly as pictured on the website,so no surprise on unboxing, unlike other doll sites I purchased from in the past. The other doll I purchased is coming from China , but I have no doubt that she will also be exactly as I ordered. BLD has done a great job for me.
