I had an issue with auto renewal of subscription, which I wasn’t intending to do. And upon my complaint they promptly responded, understand the situation and timely refund all the cost I wasn’t aware of paying. It was a really good experience while using the app and dealing with the team.

The workouts were really easy to follow and varied every day. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do them every day as I would have liked. When my subscription renewed automatically (I had forgotten to cancel in time) the team very kindly refunded me. I will definitely sign up again in future when I am able to make full use of it.

I absolutely love this app, it gave me a personalized workout plan that worked really well for me and wasn't too much at the beginning in progressively got harder and harder at a rate that I was happy with. Even when I messed up and didn't cancel my subscription when I meant to I contacted support and they were more than happy to help me and refund me the money that I was missing a fantastic app and I would recommend it to everybody

BEWARE!!! Signed up for 3 months, then received 2 surprising charges for £94.85 and £79.99 unauthorised and not advised of charges. They have written back to me to tell me the charges were clearly laid out - they were not. I am not someone who would pay over £700 a year for coaching!! BEWARE of hidden and undisclosed charges! Scam and underhand as usual with websites offering free or discounted subscription. They say the charges are clear at point of sale, pre taking your money and post sale - THEY ARE NOT. The charges are hidden - please read NEGATIVE reviews and do not believe the responses. NOTHING is made clear at purchase AT ALL
