I understand and I want to acknowledge your concerns. First, some good news: Beta Glucan is not affected by temperature, cold or hot. So sitting in the heat or cold will not damage the potency of the Beta Glucan. Although Beta Glucan is not affected, we do have some customers who like to stock up in the cooler months to avoid their products sitting in the heat. Unfortunately, we don't have too many options regarding the delivery choices to your doorstep. You can change your order to be delivered via UPS but that cost is about $30 for ground delivery, which is super expensive. If possible, you can also explore options like changing your address to a work location or setting up a secure delivery box if delivery to an unsecured mailbox is an issue. You can also order our products from Amazon. I believe they may deliver it directly to your doorstep. Usually your customer service is great but I wasn’t able to access my order or change my address or get any tracking info or anything. Is your site down?? Even the “Live Customer Support” was entirely useless. Disappointing

We apologize for this inconvenience and want you to know the issue was quickly resolved. An order confirmation email was sent for your order as soon as it was processed. The tracking confirmation email is normally sent about 2 days after the order is processed and shipped. That was sent in its normal time frame. We offer Live Support during our business hours which are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm EST, and we love talking with our customers! Our customers can call, email, text, or send a message after hours and we will follow up promptly the next day. If someone uses the Messaging option on our site after hours, a message is sent to let them know that we will reply once we arrive back in the office, and it shares our hours of operation. That being said, we were not in the office at midnight when you were trying to reach us via the Messaging option. We're grateful you reached out, as we love to help! We replied the next day to your message inquiring about Live Support. That was the only question in the message. We replied to your message, emailed you, and also called and left you a voicemail. We'd love to help you in any way we can and would love it if you could call us or email us with what your initial request was.
