I contacted them to inform them that I had not placed an order and that I couldn’t take the supplements at this time. I asked them to cancel my order and that I would return it when I received it. I immediately got an email from Michelle that she had refunded my credit card and she also sent me a return label to print out and return the order.

Better Way Health is the only company that I look forward to calling ... first of all they answer the phone which is incredible in this day & age. The credit card they use on file for me had an updated expiration date which needed passed on. Zach, as usual, was so helpful & kind - like speaking with a friend.
