A little late on responses but okay.
Takes security measures seriously and treats customers very nice :) Haven’t gotten my bag yet but I just reordered.

Hello Drew,
We are sorry to see your review. We take security very seriously for all of our customers as unfortunately fraudulent charges do occur with online stores as well. We use Signifyd for our security software to ensure legitimacy of all orders placed. Please see our emailed reply and we can then process or refund your order accordingly.
Thank you for your patience, trust, and support.

Damaged
The backpack I ordered wasn’t protected at all it came in a thin white bag which resulted in a rip and long brown streak across the front of my backpack. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Responsible store
I had to wait quite a long time for the parcel to arrive in Russia, but in the end I received it and I am very happy! I ordered a Sprayground backpack of very good quality, fully corresponds to the photo and description. I thank the Beyond Hype team for their feedback during the delivery of the order. I recommend buying from them even if you are on the other side of the ocean!:)

The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. It was easy to order I used Apple Pay and they sent me the order confirmation and the details details they even sent me an individual email saying thank you for the purchase, but on the website I checked my account and I had nothing under my recent orders and that left me wondering whether my order made it through or not

A complete disappointment
Update** the company got in touch with me and apologized for the errors and fixed everything. They even assisted when the post office made an error and shipped our package to the wrong post office. I was very happy with their response to our situation and would definitely consider shopping there again.
