Bigin by Zoho CRM is a great entry-level CRM that has all the features a small business needs to get started, sans the cost bloat of Salesforce and Monday. I am a SF admin, and I am well-versed in Monday.com. Bigin is just as good for functionality and ease of use. Nice UI for an experience CRM implementation specialist like myself, and lots of training and resources for the novice user .
