I tried the trial version to track our RFQs and I really liked it. It was more efficient. Would love to implement it for our regular use.

I'm VERY impressed with Bigin! It's literally one-stop-shop when it comes to CRM for small businesses like mine. All of the tools that I would've had to purchase separately all come included with Bigin making it cost-effective and seamless.

this software saved my work and time with my customers. Finally I can keep track of a Company and related contacts everything linked from outlook to the app on PC or mobile phone. I can bring my office with me easily and keep tracks of deals. Plus I can share it with my colleague and they know everything about agreement with customers. It's also easy change fields, filter data, write notes, pipelines and many many more things. I love it

Our first CRM - Bigin

Bigin is our company's first proper CRM. We found it easy to configure, the layouts are easy to navigate. Most importantly it was easy for even the new team members to learn fast. The data management was robust and the integration with other Zoho products was quite seamless. the customer support was also quick and helpful in sorting out all the teething problems initially. All in all Bigin is good CRM for those who don't want the complexities of a larger CRM with more features.

I've been using Bigin CRM for tracking touchpoint data. Love how simple it is to get started, has all the features I need like custom fields and forms.

Excellent for estate agents

As an Estate Agent I found Bigin fantastic in managing my database and pipeline. It integrates very well with Google which really boosts productivity. Also, by far the best value for money of all the platforms I considered.

What a fantastic CRM for the small business, people may criticise the customisation but it has more than enough to satisfy the requirements of a small team with access to the full ZOHO crm when more customisation is required, I highly recommend this CRM to those teams 10 and under!
