Great help
I recently founded a startup where collecting data and seeing the next steps is crucial. This tool helps me implement exactly that. The only downside is the 500-record limit in the free version. The company personally invests a lot of time in creating upgrades and improvements tailored to your business. While there is a cost involved, the time you save more than makes up for it. I can confidently recommend it to small businesses.

I've been using Zoho Bigin for a while now, and I'm just starting to get the setup I want. So far, I find it comprehensive and fully customizable. We'll look at the more specific setup later, but so far, everything's working fine.
