Great Place to begin in CRM with Bigin.
Mid sized Coffee Roastery based in UAE here, first time into CRM. We started with Zoho CRM trial, but thats when we were suggested Bigin form the same house. From our experience so far, its just the right amount of CRM features for a small to mid sized company. Support has been great. We been using it for sales, contract tracking and maintance tracking and been great. Automations and triggers from stage transitions and reminders are really easy to setup.

Program seems to be decent. Support is almost non-existent.
We were attracted to the price point and simplicity. We ran into problems on day one.
Nobody responds to the live chat support. They answer the phone, but only to tell you everyone is busy with appointments and will call you back (they don't). E-mail is best, but since they are in India and we are in the US, it takes 24 hours for them to respond to each e-mail. We are currently three weeks into troubleshooting issues from day 1 because of this.
I have used Zoho Bigin almost 3 years back. The features look fine

I have used Salesforce, HubSpot and this company's full blown CRM tool - Zoho CRM.
Of all three platforms, Bigin is definitely a powerful tool that delivers all of the functionality a small business could actually need, including automating payment collection, making and logging call activity, seeing full email conversation history and using AI sparingly where it can actually add real value.
If you are looking for an inexpensive, yet powerful CRM tool, I definitely recommend this one!

Good, simple platform. if you know how to use excel you can use it Bign by Zoho . You can set it up in 30 -60 minutes.

Very good value
I'm signing up (for the Premier edition) after a 15 day trial. I am a sales-focused solopreneur. I need a simple CRM, but with sales pipelines, simple automations for follow ups...and especially Bigin's built-in telephony which is vital for a business like mine. I pull up a list of contacts in my Bigin browser, and just click to call them! All that phone setup invisibly handled inside my Bigin account.The pipelines are capable and workflows enable a lot more functionality and automation. It's easy to learn, and things are where you expect them to be in a crm. I've tried most of them
The extremely low pricing is just the icing on the cake.
Bigin CRM from Zoho is a very user friendly tool to manage your sales pipelines and clients. I work as a consultant and don t need a too complex CRM. So Bigin is perfect for me
