Back order unsuccessful
I placed an order for a helmet that was on back order. Waited for a few months and then was notified that the helmet vendor (not BTD) would not be able to deliver on the order. Disappointing but no reflection on BTD. I ordered from another vendor successfully. Helmet in stock and delivery within a week.
