What people say
My first order with BikeTiresDirect
My first order with BikeTiresDirect was positive. I received my new tires quickly and at a reasonable price. They had the tires I was looking for while other suppliers did not. I will consider them again for future purchases
Will come back to Bike Tires Direct again!
Easy to navigate the website and you had the products I wanted at fair prices. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shirt and they gladly accepted the return. Can't wait to order my next stuff from Bike Tires Direct.
Limbo
well, what can I say; the tires have made it here FAR earlier than the wheels that were ordered at approximately the same time...so we're in limbo. haven't even opened the box yet; so this review might be revisited and revised later.

It all wasn’t bad
It all wasn’t bad, but I’d like to have received an offer for exchange before being automatically given a refund. After test fitting I just found that I’d purchased the wrong size.j
Bike tires direct never disappoints.
Bike tires direct is my go to source for everything bicycle related. They have a great selection, great prices and fast reasonably priced shipping. I have been a Bike Tires Direct customer since 2006 and I have never been disappointed with their service.
I found the particular tires and tubes I wanted
I found the particular tires, and tubes, I was looking for. Also, the web site had a lot of specs on these tires and tubes. I wanted to know exactly what I was buying, particularly the weight, which is a big issue for people that ride a lot.

"Keep the Customer Happy!"
I consistently ride Continental 4-Season Grand Prix road tires. One of my tires wore very badly and I asked the BTD representative for an adjustment on the price of a replacement tire, which had increased in price quite markedly. He provided a very fair adjustment and the tire arrived promptly. I am pleased with BTD pricing and service!
The company
The company is always friendly and on top of your order. Usually the product gets to you earlier than the delivery date which is nice. Never had a problem with them.
