I really love Bison Office. When I need a piece of furniture, like a side table or shelving unit, I think of them. The quality is very good and the items are relatively easy to put together. Shipping is extremely prompt and their prices are reasonable.
Great product at the best price I could find! Excellent communication. Fast shipping. Five stars all the way!
After much research, I purchased the Windsor Chair Transitional Rattan Brown Dining Chairs Set of 2 by Kosas Home. Bison had the most competitive price, yet hesitant to purchase from a lesser known furniture store. Given the relatively huge savings for two sets, I placed my order and am very happy with the entire experience! Online ordering was a breeze, as was communication until delivered. Chairs came with excellent protective wrapping and no setup required. The chairs are high end and the quality is exceptional as well!
The color and padding are great. Since it is such a big size, the material is not wide enough, so there is an unsightly seam at the top fifth of the pad.
Great place to purchase items. I bought cabinets from Bison years ago and just again this year. Great service and the value is there as well.
Found product I needed easily on the website and it was priced the most reasonable compared to all the comparable chairs posted by all other vendors. Quick order placement, up to date emails with processing and expected delivery time of arrival. Arrived in great condition and completely satisfied. Thank you.
I had some difficulties with the site checkout at first, but switched to PayPal and that worked. The shipment came fast and in good condition. The price was very fair and my new AC works great.
Ordering was easy, and it was received in a timely manner. The first one was damaged by the shipping company. Customer service took great care of me and shipped a new item the next day.
The nightstands we purchased were excellent quality, exactly as pictured, priced below other sites, and delivered in perfect condition quickly. Would definitely buy from them again!
Awesome purchase experience. Kept me updated and shipping was careful and my furniture delivers with no damage.
The full-size futon mattress was less expensive on this website than anywhere else I found. The mattress was exactly as described, and the shipping was fast. I was also happy that I could log into my Amazon account to complete the purchase easily. I will definitely order from this company again!
Purchase two recliners exactly what I wanted. Great description good pictures easy to purchase. Great price delivered quicker than I expected. Wood/will definitely purchase from them again
I purchased a Kodiak Phoenix Frame-Butternut Finish-Oregon Trail Saddle Mattress from BisonOffice.com three weeks ago. Shipping was very fast and the futon packaging exceptional. Assembly was straight forward following the step-by-step written instructions. All parts are marked for easy identification and the fit and finish are very good. Comfort level is good for sitting or napping. After three weeks the mattress springs still pop, in certain spots, when getting up from sitting and the frame creaks at times both when sitting down or standing up. I hoped the spring popping would have stopped by now but it does not affect the comfort level of the mattress. The leather mattress cover is very nice. I placed a Non-slip Futon Grip Pad on the frame before placing the mattress and the mattress has not slid at all. Overall I believe this futon is a good value within its price range.
Arrived well packed & unbroken. Gorgeous vase! Love it.
Do not order from this company unless the item you want is 💯 you want and have see in person. They’re worse than Wayfair and overstock. Product came damaged and they don’t want to return it and want me to pay to ship it back knowing it would cost over $200 to ship it back. They shipped it damaged and I’m responsible. Once you spend your $ there you will never get it back. Horrible. Will never order from them ever again. First and last time
Hi Lina, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress this situation caused you. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item, and that initial breakdown in communication regarding return shipping costs is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We always want to make things right, and we are glad we were able to connect with you and resolve this by sending out a fully free replacement without requiring you to pay those heavy return shipping fees. We are continuously working to improve our claims process so situations like this are handled more smoothly from the very start. If you need anything else regarding your replacement, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] Best regards, Bison Commerce
Great price on the product; the shipping was free and fast. Packages showed up on time without damage.
The product was easy to buy, shipped quickly and was just as described. It however did not come with instructions on how to put it together which made things a bit more challenging.
Transaction, order, and shipping all handled exceptionally. Package arrived in excellent condition.
Great prices, fast service, and excellent packaging/shipping
