Had two shipments recently. The delivery went fine. The time from ordering until shipping could improve though. Any items from Crafters and Weavers are exceptionally well packed, and solid oak furniture. The Morris chair will take some breaking in as it’s pretty stiff cushioning. The lingerie dresser is a perfect size for the intended use.
Bison was an amazing experience for the completion of our new family room. We ordered one end table and loved it so much that we requested a second and they honored the same pricing as the first. Quite pleased with them crediting our account the difference. Also, the extremely quick delivery. Would definitely use this company again.
Product shipped on time and quality of item exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the predrilled holes on one leg didn’t align correctly, I was inpatient and didn’t want to deal with replacing so I just turned leg and drilled new holes. Worked out fine and due to design of desk the original holes are not visible.
Website was easy to navigate and checkout worked without any glitches. Items came very well protected during shipment, and even better, came on the anticipated delivery date in perfect condition. The 6 drawer chest I purchased was a nice quality product, but I wish the drawers were taller for what I was planning to put into them. As for the stained glass hanging, WOW! I've purchased plenty of stained glass in the past, but none of the pieces could hold a candle to the one I purchased from Buffalo, and it will be hanging in a window as soon as construction is complete--highly recommend!
