frustrated with…
did not dislike just frustrated with owners not being able to be contacted on the online poirtal... constant and repeated red inked somethings wrongwith your email/or the web is down message from my computer, the library computer and my neighbors computer, over and over with no contact ever made after a 4-5 day attempt.... the system simply does not work ! weeks worth

The ad creation process was relatively easy. The pre built boat brands and types were helpful. The creation process should focus on the main description. The additional info for propulsion and other features are great but I don't think most buyers see them. The metrics were very helpful. The messaging portion of the site was great and made communication easier and safe. One feature to think about adding is the ability to indicate a sales status such as pending continue to show, contract pending or something to show selling status

The lack of response from some of these…
The lack of response from some of these sellers is disappointing. Either they are not aware of how the Boat Trader platform works or they truly do not want to sell their vessel. It not only wastes potential buyer's time but blemishes Boat Traders web image as not being a reputable site to conduct business. Boat Trader needs to follow up with some of these sellers that literally have had boats on their site for months if not years and have been nonresponsive.
It's either you're selling or you're not selling or get off the pot.
