AVG K6 helmet
They shipped me an AVG K6 helmet I ordered for over a hundred dollars less than anyone else was selling it for. It's 100% authentic arrived in factory box everything was perfect. Did take a week or so to ship but well worth the wait.

Beware: customs and taxes charged later by shipper
The company doesn't make clear that they don't include tax or customs in their price. I got a $24 bill from FedEx after receiving my order. I'm sure some disclosre of that is buried in the website somewhere, but it is certainly not emphasized. Quite a shock to find out the actual price of my item was higher than I was told it would be.

i was not ware that there was an import tax on clothing This added $22 additional charges to a item that cost $168 +21shipping and then the$22import tax. i sent a email three week ago and no response ,how do we resolve?
Great service from Bobleisure in Germany
The shoes came all the way from Germany. The first pair was one-half metric size too large, so I had to exchange them for a smaller pair. Bobleisure handled my order promptly and efficiently over the Thanksgiving holidays. The only negative was the custom duties which were shockingly high. It would have been good to have received warning from the seller about this extra expense. I don't remember seeing that.
Duty not represented in cost & Packaging was damaged
1) Packaging was damaged 2) Did not represent duty costs at time of purchase that incresed cost by 30% 3) Makes communication impossible for follow up - uses excuse of being HQ in EU

Bob Leisure is da bomb, especially ordering Le Creuset!
I love Bob Leisure! I order Le Creuset cookware from them from the US, so their $10 shipping is really unbelievably reasonable, especially for such a heavy item as cast iron cookware. They always get their items shipped within their two week timeframe via FedEx. They pack well - they put bubble wrap around the pots inside the boxes, as well as bubble wrap on the Le Creuset box, and then double box the LC box. Their prices are good, too, and they have a great selection. Regarding tariffs - it's not on the company to assess, it is on the shipping company. When tariffs were in effect for the US, I paid 15% in tariffs, billed by FedEx. FedEx didn't charge any administrative fees (I've had UPS charge $25 for admin fee!!). However, on my last several orders, with the change in US policy, tariffs have been zero. I have ordered several times from Bob Leisure and have been pleased with every single transaction.
