Trying to cancel an order is next to impossible. Was misled that the company was from Canada. Hopefully someone from the company can read this and assist me with cancelling.
3 days from Germany to the US for $9.99. Didn't need it or expect that fast when I had trouble getting the same order shipped from Canada through another retailer. Smooth transaction. Will not hesitate to buy from Bobleisure again.
Placed order a week ag, still nothing! Sent email inquiring about my order and its AI bot bs (stated no order on file)with NO REAL HELP! This website is a total SCAM !! I now have to file a dispute with credit card company!
The company gives no indication they are located in Germany. The return policy is requires you to somehow ship returns internationally navigating customs etc and they accept ONLY fedex which is horribly expensive. This is just a gimmick to prevent returns. I strongly advise against buying from this company
I ordered a Megamat Duo M from Bob Leisure on 4 July ; it was shipped for $9.99 on July 5 from Mannheim, Germany and arrived at my address in Upper Michigan by 7 July 11:06 am. This is the fastest that any sporting goods I've ordered have been processed and shipped and delivered, even within the US. Incredible! And the price was $100 cheaper than any sale price I found online worldwide.

I originally left a 1-star review because my experience with Bobleisure's customer service was extremely frustrating. I submitted multiple requests to cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it, but none of my emails through the website or to their customer service address were acknowledged. After several follow-ups, I only received a response once I mentioned that I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. By then, the order had already been shipped. After posting my review, the CEO, Sven, personally reached out to me, apologized for the experience, and took ownership of resolving the situation. They arranged for the return, addressed my concerns professionally, and worked with me to resolve the issue, including the unexpected import duties and taxes I incurred. While my original experience with customer service should never have happened, I appreciate the CEO's willingness to step in and make things right. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue significantly changed my overall impression of the company. I hope the company uses this experience to improve its customer service processes so that future customers receive timely responses without needing to escalate their concerns. Thank you for taking the time to address my case.

Good price quick delivery. That said you should have advised the item was shipping from Germany - I haven’t had any tariff charges yet but if they do show up they will be significant $100 plus which will make this wing very very expensive.
