Absolutely a SCAM SITE. Do not purchase from Boiilife. I ordered a blue denim playsuit and they sent me a teeny tiny grey with studs, mini dress. This also took over 2 months to arrive.
When I sent and email to them requesting they return the item and send me the correct item I ordered, they offered me a $13 credit if I kept the item. My original item was $65. I said I would like the dress returned and my actual order to be sent. After a lot of back and forth they advised that I was in fact responsible for the return cost of the incorrect item and that they actually didn’t have the playsuit in stock at all. Which I guess is why they send me something completely different. So basically I was lied to from the second they got my money.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The clothes also look nothing like they portray online. They are extremely cheap knockoffs!

I order an item on July 9 2026 per the website the item would be deliver in five to seven days. Today is July 30, 2026 and I still haven't received my item. I sent emails concerning this matter and no resolution was resolved. They sent me an email today July 30 and stated the item is being made and want be ready for delivery until mid August. I asked for a refund because of falsely advertising the product has to be made to be shipped which doesn't stated that when ordering. They declined to send me my refund and the item. The item is a summer item if they send it in mid August summer will be almost over. IT SEEMS LIKE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED
Clothes are nothing like the pictures and the quality is awful. Getting a refund is impossible and in the case of an exchange, the return costs, which you have to cover, are enormous! Avoid at all costs!!!

I placed an order with BoiiLife, but within about 10 minutes of completing my purchase, I contacted customer service to request that the order be canceled. Unfortunately, I was told they would not cancel it, even though it had just been placed.
When the item arrived, I found that it was much smaller than expected, and the overall quality did not meet the expectations I had based on the product photos and the premium price.
The item has never been worn—it was only tried on once indoors and remains in brand-new condition with the original tags and packaging.
One of the reasons I felt comfortable ordering from BoiiLife was the “Happiness Guaranteed” promise displayed on their website. I’m currently asking them to make a goodwill exception and allow me to return the item. I’m even willing to pay the return shipping myself.
I’m leaving this review before the matter is resolved because I believe customer service is just as important as the product itself. If BoiiLife honors the spirit of their “Happiness Guaranteed” promise and approves the return, I’ll gladly update this review to reflect that positive experience.
For now, I’m giving them the opportunity to make things right, and I genuinely hope they do.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They use other websites images and sell cheap defected items that ‘look similar’ won’t accept a return and the customer service is awful. Just a scam website avoid at all costs.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I literally can't believe how awful this company is. I ordered a dress over a month ago and even though when I bought it, they said it would take 8-10 days to ship, I'm on DAY 31 of waiting for the product to be sent out. I'm convinced it doesn't even exist at this point. They just send me these automated replies when I reach out to them. I hope the awful human that runs this company has a shitty ass life.

Misrepresented product, no real return process, refund refused
I ordered a dress with a matching cardigan from Boiilife based on the product photos and description on their website. When it arrived, it did not match how it was represented online. The fit and quality were not what was advertised, and it was unwearable for me.
I requested a refund within their stated 14-day return window. That's where the real problem started. Boiilife has no visible return address or return process on their site. The only way to reach them is email, and replies take 24-48 hours each time so every step of this process takes days.
They refused to approve a refund and told me they "stand by their quality," despite the item not matching its online description. When I pushed back, I was eventually told to mail the item back to an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, with a long list of instructions and a warning that if customs charged any fees on the return, I would be responsible for paying them, not the company.
Nearly a month after placing the order, I'm out $77.99, stuck with a dress I can't use, and facing the choice of paying to ship it to China with no guarantee of a refund, or throwing it away.
If you're considering ordering from this company: know upfront that there is no straightforward return process, customer service is slow and unhelpful, and getting your money back if the item doesn't match its description does not exist. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. So disappointed in the quality of clothes, the time it took to arrive and the Customer service to return the crappy clothes. Do not purchase from this site. It’s not worth your time and definitely not worth your money.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM Boiilife, false advertising the clothes look nothing like the pictures on Instagram and their website ,worst of all they will give you run around when you want to return , in a nutshell they refuse by all means which is unfair .
I ordered a dress from here and it didn’t even get sent to me over 100 pounds down the drain they never respond to messages.
I have been waiting over three weeks for my order and it still hasn’t been a shipped it’s a joke. Don’t order from this company

If I could give zero stars, I would.
The customer service is terrible. If you want to return a product because it doesn’t fit properly or because the fabric irritates your skin (as happened in my case), they will keep sending you emails claiming that their products are of excellent quality, have been thoroughly tested, and that unless there is a manufacturing defect, there is nothing they can do.
This is absurd and completely against consumers’ rights. They will keep insisting that you accept an exchange instead of a refund, but there is no way I would ever buy anything else from their website.
Their refund policy does not clearly state that returns are only accepted in the case of an actual manufacturing defect. This is misleading and unacceptable.
Terrible shop, terrible customer service—do not buy from them! If I had read all the reviews about this company beforehand, I definitely would not have placed an order either.

Do not purchase from this company. Their information is misleading, and the products are defective. Inconsistent stitching direction of the pleats. The fabric is wrong, and the size is incorrect!
The website describes it as linen, but the texture and label indicate it's 100% polyester. Also, the size is too large.
when i claim refund, they just making excuses, saying it doesn't meet their return policy.
This shopping experience is so terrible.

The products are not in a good condition now and the material is really cheap even though that they cost over €60 there is no way to return the product or anybody who can cover any costs. You have to cover everything even though you pay for shipping and nobody is able to help you or nobody is willing to help you with the only day answer your emails but they don’t answer to help you. Terrible quality product, and very expensive. They refuse to accept returns.
Worst experience ever. This website is a complete scam. They refuse to process a return and keep asking for pictures, which I already provided. The material is cheap, the dress is way too big, and it looks nothing like the video they advertised.
