I never received my order after almost one year. Tracking stopped in customs in July 2025 and the company only tells me to contact customs with no real solution. Very disappointing experience. It’s been terrible and extremely negative having to deal with their customer service , rather they simply do not reply !! My first purchase dated 19 Jan 26 has been delayed in delivery till to date 23 March , the so called customer service simply ignore emails seeking for help ! By just writing this bad review may not help for a cancellation nor refund but it certainly trying to tell others , please do not step into this fake and scam site to purchase anything !! If I could rate less than one star I would. I ordered a dress and I was excited about it. It came in way too big and the color was off from the photo. Not very good quality. I emailed them about returning it since their website claimed 14 day return or exchange (which is what encouraged me to buy it in the first place- knowing I could return). I received an email back saying it passed their inspection so I couldn’t return it. Of course it passed their inspection…they’re the ones that sent it. I am beyond frustrated and feel absolutely scammed.
Orders cargos for 50 quid over 3 months ago each month they tell me they gonna send them and never do and they refuse to give me a refund because they haven’t been sent yet i just know im never gonna receive these cargos or my money

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from Bolife Clothing. I have had ongoing issues trying to return an item and obtain a refund. The process is extremely difficult and the company appears to only offer exchanges rather than refunds. Personally, I do not feel comfortable accepting an exchange, as this could leave me paying additional costs and potentially ending up with another item that cannot be returned. It creates a situation where customers may feel pressured into keeping products they do not want. I have even contacted Citizens Advice and Trading Standards regarding this issue, yet the company still appears unconcerned about complying with consumer rights. In my experience, the returns process has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated, and it has left me very disappointed with their customer service and business practices. I had never heard of Dropshipping before I researched what was going on with this company... Shipping was taking a while so I reached out, and I realized they did not own the product they were selling, nor would they produce it once it was made! The image of their product is stolen from another site, and their deliverable is a very cheap dupe of the original product. They refused to give a refund. Their customer support was copied and pasted in different fonts and sizes. Always check twice before buying from Pinterest!

I received the pants I ordered and they were in critical condition. Loose beads, loose threads and a very strong odor of glue. If I wear them they literally smell like chemicals. It’s the worst quality in clothing I have ever seen. And the price for this shit quality??? Worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered a pair of jeans that came different than described and smelt SO strong of chemicals. They refused to allow me to return the item because it didn't meet their return policy. The item did not come as described on their website. They offered me $5 as a credit and stated that the smell of chemicals (that never went away after airing them out for a week) was normal ad didn't qualify for a return.

They steal designs. I bought what I thought was an Ankara print African dress in a 2XL. It arrived in cheap Chinese packaging. Was 2 sizes two small and a screen print on cheap polyester that was nowhere like the photo shown. Then they use AI to respond to complaints. Without this site I would have been dragged into an extension of their con by trying to exchange a cheap garment of the same price for probably an even worse garment. I will be going to great lengths to have them investigated.

Clothing was received and is very low quality. Zipper doesn’t work, edges are frayed, and they will not allow a return. Despite their website stating they accept returns they said they need more proof of the poor quality of the item.

Literally problematic the entire way through. The clothes were so cute online, they indicated they prefer to use organic materials which I was specifically looking for, and they’re a little pricy which is what made me think it was better quality. It’s literally worse than SHEIN quality. Which assures that these items were likely made in a sweat shop and they’re ripping everyone off. I find this company so unethical. The delivery people couldn’t follow directions to get into my building and would not tell me when they would return so I could try to be there. It became a hassle with the obscure delivery company they use. I finally got them to drop it at the post office. Upon arrival, i was super excited to open and immediately without even needing to open the bag, knew these were not what were pictured. Pulled them out of the bag, and was so disappointed. Since it’s a 14 day return policy, I immediately messaged them (after again reviewing the return terms) and described the measurements being wrong, as well as the material, and I sent photos. Eva, said they’re declining to offer me a return label. It’s truly insane. I am continuing to email them. Over. And over. And over. Because I cannot stand scammers like this.

The item I received looks absolutely nothing like the photos advertised on their website. The cut, structure, and overall appearance are completely different from what was shown online. This is not a minor variation — it is a completely different-looking garment. The product description stated that the material was 50% linen and 50% cotton. However, when I checked the label on the item I received, it clearly states 100% polyester. That is a significant and unacceptable discrepancy. Fabric composition is not a small detail — it directly affects quality, comfort, breathability, and value for money. Linen and cotton are natural fibers, whereas polyester is synthetic and considerably cheaper to produce. Advertising one fabric and delivering another is misleading. The quality is extremely poor, especially considering the price charged. The material feels thin and cheap, and the overall finish does not reflect the premium appearance suggested in the product photos. When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, my request was refused. I was told the item meets their “quality standards,” which is frankly irrelevant when the item does not match its advertised description. This is not about personal preference — it is about misrepresentation. Because the company has refused to resolve the issue directly, I have now contacted my bank and initiated a dispute for goods not as described. I am sharing this experience so other customers are fully aware before placing an order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this website.
